- Onsite Technical support
- Handling Technical Calls
- Systems maintenance
- Technology evaluation
- Product testing
- Managing new product licenses
- Network & Systems
Administration/Configuration
- IT Hardware maintenance and support
- Vendor relationship
- Mobile device management & support
- Backup Management
- Project work as directed
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Degree/Diploma in IT or Equivalent
- Good knowledge of networking & Microsoft active directory administration
- MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNE will be an added advantage
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Willing to work weekend if required
- Able to speak English and Mandarin
